Chancery Wright won top awards after it was named the best Corporate Lines Broker of the Year with its CEO John Murenga bagging the Life-Time Achievement Award at the prestigious annual Insurance Awards ceremony in Nairobi.

The company was named the best Corporate Lines Broker of the Year based on, among other performance measures, excellent customer service delivery.
In the insurance industry, the Life-Time Achievement Award is special as it is awarded to an individual voted by the country's insurance company CEOs, brokers and agencies, for having made the greatest contribution to the growth of the insurance
industry during one's lifetime.
Both the best Corporate Lines Broker of the Year, and the Life-Time Achievement Award, are seen as a testimony of the high value Chancery Wright continues to deliver to its stakeholders, business partners and customers, as well as the strategies the company
has put in place to ensure sustainability.
An elated CEO John Murenga said the company would continue to improve its customer service delivery.
"Customer service is goal number one in Chancery’s corporate strategy plan launched in 2011 among other key indicators. We have invested in innovative applications of technology in order to generate business on return sales and creating efficiency in service
delivery," said Mr Murenga.
"As value add to our corporate customers, we availed a claims online portal where customers can log on and get their claims status progress report which the client may have lodged with us. This service will be extended to our personal lines customers in due
course," he said.
